  1. What is your favourite movie?

I like contemporary Italian film and cinema. There is more than one movie I enjoy, but here are some of them: Come due coccodrilli by Giacomo Campiotti, Parthenopé by Paolo Sorrentino, Diamanti by Ferzan Özpetek, Che ne sarà di noi by Giovanni Veronesi, Jack Frusciante è uscito dal gruppo by Enza Negroni, and Passato prossimo by Maria Sole Tognazzi.

  1. What is your favourite thing to do on a day off?

I mainly read contemporary Hungarian and Italian literature (Enrico Brizzi, Attila Bartis, Ádám Nádasdy, László Krasznahorkai, Éric Vuillard), as well as non-fiction (Tim Marshall, Zoltán Pogátsa).

  1. What is your favourite book/author?

The Order of the Day by Éric Vuillard, The End by Attila Bartis, and Baron Wenckheim’s Homecoming by László Krasznahorkai.

  1. What is your favourite place travelled?

Anywhere in Italy.

  1. Do you collect anything?

Vinyl records by Sting, Ligabue, Iron Maiden, and other contemporary musicians.

  1. What is your favourite holiday?

A few days at the seaside without a mobile phone.

  1. What is your favourite sport?

Tennis.

  1. What is your favourite music genre/musician?

I am quite open regarding music genres—from classical (Vivaldi) to heavy metal (Iron Maiden).

  1. What are you passionate about?

My two children and contemporary film art.

  1. If you could do anything else professionally, what would it be?

Teaching at the university, which I already do, although only part-time.

  1. What skill would you most like to learn?

French.

  1. What is one thing that instantly makes your day better?

My children’s success — and my clients’ success — instantly make my day better.
