CKLB is a well-established and independently owned trust and fiduciary services group founded in 1998 by Christian Li. CKLB is headquartered in Mauritius, with offices in Hong Kong, Seychelles and Dubai, and representative in Guernsey.
In the last 28 years, the Group has developed its own business culture and high standard of service level. The Group takes pride in remaining committed and dedicated to providing tailor-made professional services to international private and corporate clients, including high net worth individuals, family offices, PE firms, DFIs, large private companies listed on international stock exchange, and intermediaries in major financial services jurisdictions.

CKLB positions itself as a true one-stop shop. Licensed in Mauritius as both a Management Company and a Corporate Trustee — as well as in the UAE, Hong Kong and Seychelles — we handle the entire lifecycle: from structuring and set-up to board support, accounting, tax filings, trust administration, and fund administration. For private clients, we also support residency and relocation planning, as well as succession, family-office support and governance.
The types of structures and business activities that we do are typical of international businesses and include holding companies that benefit from double tax treaty agreements, international trading companies, consulting companies, companies for trademark and IP registration and protection.
Our relocation desk also actively assists clients to relocate to Mauritius, Dubai or Seychelles by handling the whole application process: from residence permit application to property search and acquisition, while setting up their corporate structures.
At CKLB, our staff and executive team of 40+ professionals in four jurisdictions, are highly qualified and have had significant exposure and relevant experience of the type of work that we have done for several years. The team consists of graduates in Finance, Business and Law, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, and Chartered Management Accountants.
Essentially, our team has continuity and has worked together for many years with very low staff turnover.
