COPENHAGEN IS CALLING, AND HERE’S WHY YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO MISS IT

There are conferences. There are networking events. And then, occasionally, there is something that transcends both — an experience that reminds you why you chose this profession and the international community that goes with it.

Copenhagen 2026 is that experience.

A city unlike any other

Copenhagen is not simply a backdrop. It is a city that has spent centuries perfecting the art of living well. It is the cultural capital of Scandinavia, home to more Michelin-starred restaurants per capita than any of its neighbours, a harbour dotted with royal palaces, and streets where over 675,000 bicycles outnumber cars by a ratio of five to one. It is a city designed for people — and that spirit infuses everything about our programme.

Villa Copenhagen: where history meets contemporary elegance

Our official conference hotel is a former royal post office, transformed into one of the city’s most distinctive luxury properties. Located steps from the magical Tivoli Gardens and minutes from the city’s main station, Villa Copenhagen offers the kind of setting that makes even a morning coffee feel like an occasion.

A programme built around connection, and genuine wonder

Here is what awaits you:

Wednesday 13 May — For early arrivals, an optional dinner at Mark Bistro, Michelin Recommended 2025. Limited seats. The kind of evening that begins a week well.

Thursday 14 May — A full Board Meeting, followed by an optional afternoon that includes a guided walk to the Royal Opera House, a private boat trip through Copenhagen’s harbour, a stop in the charming neighbourhood of Christianshavn, and a chocolate tasting with the owner of one of Denmark’s most celebrated chocolate makers. The evening closes with a welcome reception at Villa Copenhagen.

Friday 15 May — The day many will remember longest: a full-day private excursion to Kronborg Castle, the Renaissance fortress that inspired Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Your private guide will bring the castle’s extraordinary history to life — and then you will sit down to lunch in the Hamlet Room itself. History, literally, on the table. In the evening, dinner at Glassalen Restaurant inside the legendary Tivoli Gardens.

Saturday 16 May — Morning business sessions for delegates, while accompanying persons enjoy a guided walk to Christiansborg Palace and the Royal Reception Rooms. Both groups converge for lunch at Taarnet — the extraordinary restaurant perched on top of the Danish Parliament building, with views across the entire city. The afternoon is free for cycling, shopping, or a leisurely walk. Then: the Gala Evening. Coaches depart for Moltkes Palæ, an 18th-century palace in the heart of Copenhagen, for welcome drinks, a formal dinner, and an evening of entertainment until 1am.

Sunday 17 May — Departures, and the particular feeling of leaving somewhere that mattered.
