INTERNATIONAL COORDINATION SERVICE by Gloria Parellada De Grino (Spain)

It is a pleasure for Atisa to announce a new service that we developed one year ago which has now become a reality.

The service is known as “International Coordination” and has been enhanced primarily due to our membership in IGAL.  Of course, we are convinced that this is something which adds value  to the Network for all the members. Furthermore, by increasing IGAL’s services we collectively can get new clients.

For me, this is a real example of how we can work together to achieve our goals. The trust, quality, professionalism and cooperation between all of us is what our clients are looking for.

In this article I would like to explain the service we have, and which we currently provide to our clients in Spain and which we can share with IGAL members who choose to participate in this work.

One of our clients asked us to give support in accounting and taxes (mainly) not only in Spain, but also in Germany, Italy and UK. They wanted only one supplier to give the support in all the countries and have an only one contact to manage all the services.

Thanks to IGAL and its members, I asked some of them about the services that the client needs. The response was encouraging and sufficient. So, I sent a proposal to the client, and they accepted it.

The client is a big company in Spain, engaged in asset management. In Spain, the client has approximately 15 companies and another 7 elsewhere. Additionally, the client is increasing its operations with other companies.

Some of the services we currently provide to these clients, generally consist of the following: all aspects of coordination in labor, tax and accounting.

To coordinate these services in all the countries, we have an international team in Atisa with

high level of knowledge of English who are constantly in touch with the countries involved.  That way, we can effectively monitor all work in progress and problem solve, if necessary. Additionally, we have regular conference calls in order to provide personal coordination and service.

We hope you find this interesting and beneficial. We are currently in process to increase this service with new clients (we are working on a marketing campaign) and new services (we are including legal advice as well).
