Dear IGAL Friends,
We can look back on a very successful Mid-term meeting in Edinburgh! Many thanks to the organizer Mason Bloom supported by his wife Hayley, to Sarah and Beverley Leonache, our administrators, to the members and partners present and to all who contributed to the success of this IGAL meeting ! It was fantastic!
The highlight was the dinner at H.M. Yacht Britannia where your President and many gentlemen were delighted to be wearing a Kilt. A beautiful Scottish expression goes: “A kilt is not a skirt. It’s a garment of honour” And that’s how it felt!
It was also a pleasure to welcome five potential new members on behalf of IGAL, namely:

They gave an excellent presentation of their companies during the business meeting and we, as a Board are happy to welcome them to our beautiful organization.
Unfortunately, we also had to say goodbye to Silver Levene in London and with it to our Director of the Board Mason Bloom.
The Board thanks Mason for his work as Board member and for his friendship. For the last 20 Years, Silver Levene has made a very constructive contribution to IGAL with Peter Grossmark as President, Mason as Director and Mr David Boyd as a loyal attendee!
Our former President Katrien Serrien from Belgium announced in Edinburgh that she will no longer represent her office in Brussels due to her upcoming retirement. We also thank her for her special commitment and contribution to IGAL.
In the meantime, as Board of Directors, we will continue to approach organizations and companies to broaden our business network. As announced during the business meeting in Edinburgh, a marketing plan will be presented to the members, as a tool for further expansion with high-quality members.
It remains for me to inform you that the preparations for the AGM are now in full swing. The Board hopes to be able to inform you further about this soon.
Finally, I would like to remind you of the request for input for the IGAL Insider and in particular for the column ‘Get to know your Colleague’, a unique opportunity to profile your company.
