Before our new members in Istanbul introduce themselves I must share a personal experience in connection with my quality control visit. I love Istanbul and have always garnered very pleasant memories on many visits there. I drove into Istanbul in early February 2020 to visit our prospective members. On that day several unusual events took place in the area: a commercial jet airliner crash and a severe snow/rain storm. Due to many ambulances rushing to the airport and the inclement weather having an additional effect on traffic it took several hours to get to my destination including getting lost multiple times. Istanbul traffic is bad in the best of conditions but the two unusual events made it impossible. I thought that the visit would be very unpleasant. However, the next day I met with Mustafa, Yusuf and their colleagues. Their hospitality, warmth, conversation (both professional and personal), choice of lunch restaurants and their offers of assistance really touched me. They are and will be a great addition and complement to IGAL. A wonderful group of people. Last, and certainly not least, my lifelong pleasant memories of Istanbul have been fully restored. İstanbul Yöntem Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş.: In Turkey, only chartered accountants can carry out tax audits. Mustafa Muammer Bilsel is the only shareholder of the tax audit company. Consequently, he is the only one who can sign a tax audit.Three partners of an independent audit company Haluk Aksu, Berhan Ballıoğlu and Nevzat Olgun are also involved in tax audit.
MAG Consulting: Haluk Ziya Türkmen is chairman of MAG which focuses on management consultancy. He works together with twenty + partners and consultants and ten + strategic partners.
İstanbul Mali Müşavirlik: Haluk Aksu is chairman of İstanbul Mali Müşavirlik which focuses on accounting, bookkeeping, payroll and company set-up. He works together with six qualified staff. He is also a shareholder of our independent audit company İstanbul Yöntem Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş..
