  • Executive Board Meetings – Agenda Organisation and Minutes.
  • Brochure – Updates, Editing, Printing Coordination.
  • Newsletter – Article collection and occasional writing and corrections, Layout and Distribution.
  • Website – Administration, updates, maintenance, review and revision. Knowledge of Word Press needed.
  • Webinars – Preparation, Organisation and administration.
  • Preparation and translation of emails.

FINANCE

  • Bookkeeping
  • Payments
  • Financial Statements
  • Annual Tax Returns
  • Bank liaison
  • Audit Review assistance
  • Intermediary Financial situation
  • Subscription fees
  • Budget
  • Bad debt reminders and recovery
